On September 10, 2021, and September 12, 2021, I published letters written by one of my news reporters, Timothy Charles Holmseth, that were sent to Sheriff Jim Skinner (Collin County, Texas), Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, and Fort Campbell, Kentucky, regarding missing children and an organized crime network involved in child abductions, CPS kidnapping, and ongoing domestic terror operations inside the United States.

Today, Attorney General Ashley Moody and Governor Ron DeSantis announced a global settlement agreement in a joint press conference. The settlement follows legal action taken by Moody and by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) in March 2020 to preserve FCADV assets and recover misused state grant funds paid to Carr as excessive compensation."

I have specific information and compelling evidence that shows that there is an organized criminal network operating within the United States, and internationally, that is being illegally funded and financially supported by criminal activity consistent with the fact-pattern set forth in the aforementioned press release by you and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.

In Timothy Holmseth's letter to the Tennessee of Bureau of Investigation he said, "Suffice – I believe operatives and agents of the criminal organization once known as THE FINDERS and/or THE CIA FINDERS CULT, which has morphed off into different factions since they were investigated by the FBI in the 1980's, is running an operation in Collin County, Texas under the umbrella of an Arizona non-profit called Veterans For Child Rescue Inc."

Evidence, supported by statements made by Attorney Kim Picazio 'on the record' and captured on video during a criminal court proceeding in Broward County, Florida on September 13, 2021, during proceedings of State of Florida vs. Field W. McConnell, shows Kim Picazio oversees a vast network of IDENTIFIABLE operatives comprised of attorneys, CPS, Family Courts, police, deputies, judges, media, and others to kidnap children, tamper with witnesses, obstruct justice, extort witnesses, journalists, and whistleblowers (e.g. Timothy Charles Holmseth, Field McConnell), and commit murder (e.g. murder victim Congressional Defense Contractor Christopher E. Hallett, Hollywood actor Isaac Kappy).
